discusses new linebacker Ernie Sims and the impact the former
Florida State standout will have on the defense. Henderson talks
about Sims' 'head first' tackling technique (which may need to be
fixed), and the productivty that the team needs to receive from
him at the outside linebacker slot.
Henderson also remarks on the comparison to Jets' linebacker
Jonathan Vilma, whom he coached during his time in New York.
